Preparing your manuscript

Submission of a manuscript implies that the paper has not been submitted to or published in any other journal, in the same or similar form, in English or in any other language. Manuscripts previously published in a workshop, symposium, or conference can be submitted for consideration provided that the authors inform the editorial office at the time of submission and that the manuscripts have undergone substantial revision. 

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word. (paper format Template)
  • The Manuscript should be written in English only.
  • An Abstract should be provided (150 to 300 words), with author names and Affiliation.
  • 70% of references are recent and are within the last 5 years.
  • References are written only in English.
  • All authors should provide their ORCID ID ( https://orcid.org/register)
  • It is important to mention the correct corresponding author with his/her email and a full corresponding address, otherwise, the submission will be rejected.
  • Add the emails and ORCID for each contributor who participates in the manuscript when adding new contributors during submission upload.
  • Do not submit before checking you stick to the journal guidelines.
